Our Advice Journey
1. FIRST CONTACT
Once you’ve made contact, we’ll call you for a chat. This takes about 15 minutes, and then you can book an initial meeting with us.


2. INITIAL MEETING
The initial meeting is entirely at our expense. It's an ideal opportunity to see whether 20:20 is right for you. We’ll complete a fact find and discuss your financial objectives, establish whether we can add value, and give you an idea of costs.
3. FINANCIAL PLAN
If we’re lucky enough to have you as a client, we’ll get to work on a report. This is a bespoke financial plan. We then review the report together to ensure you are comfortable with every detail. This could be in person, over the phone or via video call.


4. ANNUAL REVIEW
When everything is agreed upon, we implement your plan and monitor your financial progress during our annual review process.
